2020: The Genesis

In May 2020, amidst the global pandemic and my first year at BCA, I launched Programming With Maurya with a simple YouTube channel. The initial focus was on providing educational content for Python, targeted at Class 12 students. With a modest setup using a Samsung J26 phone, I managed to reach over 200 students through online classes hosted on Google Meet. This period was a test of adaptability and resourcefulness, as I navigated the challenges of remote teaching and content creation.

By the end of 2020, the scope of my work expanded beyond basic programming lessons. I started receiving requests for career guidance, particularly from job seekers who needed help with interviews. I provided support to over 50 applicants, and about 35 successfully secured positions in prominent companies such as Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, and TCS. This was a pivotal moment that validated my efforts and highlighted the demand for quality tech education and mentorship.

This year also marked the beginning of a significant personal and professional growth phase. After earning from freelance assignments and reinvesting in my startup, I upgraded from my phone to a laptop, which greatly enhanced my ability to develop and manage content. By the end of 2020, Programming With Maurya had evolved from a YouTube channel to a comprehensive educational platform with Telegram and WhatsApp communities, setting the stage for future expansion.

2021: Growth and Recognition

In 2021, the growth trajectory of Programming With Maurya accelerated. I expanded my educational offerings by conducting live sessions on Data Science and Python for students across Africa and America. This year saw a notable increase in engagement and impact, with over 300 college students in India and more than 100 international students benefiting from my mentorship. The focus was on creating interactive and practical learning experiences, which resonated well with the growing audience.

My efforts did not go unnoticed. I was featured in an online magazine, which was a significant milestone in gaining wider recognition for my work. Additionally, I partnered with the Microsoft Startup Program and was incubated by Xartup, enhancing my credibility and providing valuable resources for scaling my startup. These affiliations helped elevate Programming With Maurya’s profile and attracted more opportunities for collaboration and growth.

The year also included significant milestones such as obtaining certification from MSME (Government of India), which provided formal recognition of my achievements. I introduced a new website, began selling online courses, and continued to offer free programming content. The impact of my mentorship was evident, with 55+ college graduates securing jobs in MNCs, and my platform’s reach and influence continued to expand.

2022: Expansion and Impact

In 2022, Programming With Maurya reached new heights of expansion and impact. I organized and hosted online live sessions focusing on Data Science and Python, catering to a diverse audience that included students from Africa and America. This year was characterized by a commitment to enhancing educational accessibility and quality, as I also began hiring interns and guiding them through various projects. The focus was on fostering new talent and providing hands-on experience.

I introduced several new initiatives, including a new app on the Play Store and additional videos on YouTube. These developments were part of a broader strategy to diversify and enrich the educational content offered through my platform. I also began selling online courses, which provided a structured learning path for students interested in deepening their programming knowledge.

The year was marked by substantial growth in community engagement and educational outreach. I provided free Python content to school and college students, mentored 10+ college students for career placements, and extended my reach through my Telegram and WhatsApp communities. My efforts to integrate social media skills into my strategy helped broaden my platform’s visibility and impact.

2023: Innovation and Leadership

In 2023, I transitioned into a new role as AI & Backend Engineer at Kyukey Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where I focused on developing sophisticated AI-driven solutions. I designed and implemented a Python-based chatbot integrated with OpenAI, which featured multilingual support and advanced functionalities such as audio processing. This role allowed me to work on cutting-edge technologies and showcase my ability to apply AI in practical scenarios.

At the same time, I continued to lead Programming With Maurya as Founder & CEO, furthering my commitment to tech education and mentorship. My work received significant recognition, including a feature in Vygr Pvt. Ltd., which highlighted my achievements and contributions to the tech industry. 

This year also saw me continuing to drive the growth of my startup, with a focus on developing AI multi-agent tools and integrating various platforms to enhance efficiency. The combination of professional advancements and continued efforts in tech education underscored my dedication to both innovation and impact, setting the stage for future endeavors and continued leadership in the field.

2024: Continuing the Legacy

As of 2024, my focus is on expanding the impact of Programming With Maurya and leading new initiatives at Valdavi Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. As Head of Operations, I am developing AI multi-agent tools and integrating platforms like Airtable and Make.com to optimize efficiency and automate workflows. This role involves managing complex projects and driving innovation, with a particular emphasis on creating comprehensive solutions for digital channels and marketing pipelines.

My continued dedication to tech education is evident through the ongoing expansion of Programming With Maurya. I am actively working on providing AI products and services tailored for educational purposes, reflecting my commitment to leveraging technology for positive impact. The success of my previous projects and the growth of my platform highlight the effectiveness of my approach and the value of my contributions to the tech community.

Looking ahead, I am excited about the future and the possibilities that lie ahead. My journey from a college student with a smartphone to a recognized tech leader has been marked by significant achievements and growth. As I continue to innovate and lead, my goal remains to advance technology education and make a meaningful impact in the industry, building on the strong foundation established over the years.
